Not dreams, but nightmares?

1 Answer

Answer :

Obviously, something in your waking life has triggered these memories, which have translated themselves into nightmares. My advice—and this, from one who has suffered many nightmares in his life, many recurring—is to try not to worry about it and not to do anything but give yourself a bit of time. Restful sleep will return.
