answer:I am aware that her husband had some dealings with a scandalously young man at some point. At the time of the affair the boy was above the age of consent (this would have been in the 60s(?), and when he began an affair with an even younger boy, she divorced him and testified against him (I believe). The rest is news. I would like to read more from a less obviously editorial source. I still collect Darkover novels and The Mists of Avalon still holds an honoured place on my bookshelf. I’m a member of the SCA and no matter what, she did help get the club started. No point in rewriting history – that was 49 years ago, after all.
