Products designed for kids, probably okay. They may not work as well as other products, but you’ll be able to tell. Medicine, no not unless directed by your doctor. They’re designed for kids, they may not be as effective or have side affects for adults. My doctor advised my to take a baby aspirin daily for heart health. That’s okay, otherwise, I’d err on the side of caution.
