answer:I’ve had trouble when Firefox or Chrome’s built-in bookmark sync fights for control with Xmarks. I have to remember to be sure the built-in setting is turned off. I don’t see a setting like that in IE 11, but I don’t know IE well. Could some other bookmark sync be active?
