I think it is a great idea. Many homeless people need a job in order to secure a better job further down the line. However, some homeless people, not all, of course, suffer from issues. So you’d have to put security and certain checklists in place as well as decide when and how to discharge a person if necessary. My son is homeless, unfortunately, because he has in the past stolen from employees, he has a drug issue and is violent. Many homeless people are just homeless for sad reasons. I really think it is a great idea and a great opportunity, but not an easy one!
