Try the different inputs, like HDMI1, HDMI2, HDMI3, VIDEO, AUX. Make sure the game player machine is plugged into an INPUT on the TV, and an OUTPUT on the game machine. If the cables run through a SURROUND SOUND amp, make sure the amp is switched to the proper IN/OUT, OUT/IN plugs.
