Answer :

You can either press Print Screen, then open up Paint and press “ctrl-v” or (since you are using vista) go to Accessories, then Tablet PC, then open up the Snipping tool. Go through the options to choose window capture or fullscreen capture. Hopefully those instrustions weren’t too bad.
