Answer :

I think yelling is OK to catch the kids’ attention and to show how serious you are. Using derogatory terms on kids whether or not through yelling aren’t OK or constructive at all. Kids can learn to take advantage of parents that act too soft/too afraid to deliver firm punishment. I think spanking is such a hassle. La Chancla and El Cincho will do better job. (I couldn’t see the video since Facebook is currently being blocked in my country).

Talk to the manager if there's a problem ... the situation. Then again, the restaurant will probably fail on it's own if the management is bad.
