Answer :

WHY would you ask a friend to do something you know they shouldn’t do, or you know they don’t want to do? I can’t imagine doing that, except in some extreme situation. But if I did ask and they said, “No.” I’d say, “That’s what I thought,” and not give it another thought.

But, if the question is genuine - even if ridiculous- I try to respect the no such thing as a ... go out the window. But then, I'm open to feedback, so it's a two-way street and fair.

Last Answer : I feel the same way, could that somehow be considered sexist? We are biologically programmed to want to keep women safe as they are more important for reproduction than men are. Protecting women would be a trait that I think would be highly favored by natural selection.
