Answer :

I can’t run nearly as far as I used to be able to because my knees are showing their age. It frustrates me because I really like to run middle distances (3 to 5 miles) at a time and I just can’t sustain this any longer. Of course, I didn’t run this much when I was a child but I did run this much when I was younger so I’m kind of adapting this answer to that perspective.
