I have Windows 11. My computer crashes once a week. I don’t know if It is the O.S. or a problem with the rest of the computer that I bought from Dell two years ago. Other than that I haven’t noticed any improvement from earlier operating systems.

Last Answer : If you make a copy of a file, the created date is the date you created that copy of the file. The modified date will remain unchanged. So, in your case, you have a video you created on ... (copied to new laptop). And that changed the created date - because that is the file creation date.
