Select a good job which you are interested in and you like it.

5. Good character :

Create good character of yours be good to people. This will decrease your laziness.

6. Compare yourself with hardworking people :

See those people who are more hardworking than you.

7. Have small steps towards big success :

Don't try to do too much at a time. Break your work into parts. This will be easier to complete smaller tasks rather than completing large one.
