"Seasons will pass you by". It puts things into perspective for me when nothing else does. If times are tough I'm reminded that it's a season in my life and it will pass me by. If things are going well, I'm reminded that it's not permamnent and to enjoy it while I can. The phrase also reminds me that my time here will pass, and that the world will keep spinning without giving me a second thought. It sounds bleak, but it really helps put my place in the world into perspective.
