Don't, I understand it may be hard to pull away, but think about family who need you, friends who you've brought happiness into their lives. Think of everything you've done, good and bad. Contact a therapist, call a suicide hotline, listen to music, do your favorite things, and watch twitch streams, YouTube, just do what makes you happy.
