I think a great way to shake off the Monday blues is to go out for a nice lunch. Invite a coworker and treat yourselves to a meal at a fancy restaurant or just pop on your headphones and splurge on some cheap junk food at your desk, whatever will make you happy. In my experience, it's a really easy way to break up the day.
