Ingredients1 Cucumber; peeled, seeded,and diced 2 Tomatoes; diced1/2 Onion; diced1/2 Red bell pepper; seeded,and diced 1/2 Yellow bell pepper; seeded,and diced 1/2 Green bell pepper; seeded,and diced 2 tb Fresh dill, chopped2 tb Fresh cilantro, chopped1 pt Beef stock1 tb Olive oil1 1/2 tb Red **** vinegar1 ts Garlic, finely chopped1 ts Tabasco sauce2 ts Salt1/2 ts White pepper1 pt Tomato JuiceCombine all of the ingredients and mix them together well. Chill the soup.
