There are lots of 12 Step Programs. You can attend most any 12-Step Program, whether it is AA, NA, OEA, GA, SA, ACOA, and use the concepts to work through your stuff. The program meetings are not used to discuss the past but rather to learn how to better care for yourself and your emotional and spiritual needs. Get online and find out what meetings are in your area. Attend at least six meetings before you make any decisions. You might like the first meeting and return to it five more times. You might go to six different meetings at different places all over town. The point is to keep going. Eventually you will fall into a meeting that you really like.
