Put your wardrobe in order, review outfits/ensembles, have dry cleaning and mending done. Think about accessories, shoes, fill in where necessary and make sure you're well-stocked on essentials. Establish a work-week schedule and routine. Go to bed about the same time every night. Shower/bathe either in the a.m. or before bed and stick to that routine. Select clothing the night before to avoid a mad scramble in the morning. The night before, make decisions about what to eat for breakfast, set up the coffee pot, etc. Think about lunch and pack it the night before if you carry it to work.
