The 2010 Kia Sedona lists its fuel economy at 19 mpg for all three models (LX, EX and Base). http://www.edmunds.com/kia/sedona/2010/index.html The model debuted in 2006. For the most part its highway mpg was +1 over the in-city mpg. The Sedona has lost about 400 pounds over the years, so the 2010 is a bit lighter, which has helped the mpg rating somewhat.
