High winds, irregular usage, and other factors cancause the pilot light to go out periodically.Check to See if the Light is OutIf you suspect that the pilot light has blown out, check thewater heater unit to be sure. You will probably need a flashlightso that you can see underneath the hot water heater to check thepilot light.
