He is shown his own lonely history which has effected his viewof *********, never having grown in family environment atChristmas. He learns this and that he cannot change the historyonly the future. With the ghost of ********* present his eyes areopened when he learns about the scale of want around him andignorance of those who could do something , even small that canhelp those in dire need.
