In 1932 when Hitler won his seat in government the German peoplewere suffering from unemployment ( 5.6 million unemployed) ,inflation, and since WW 1 had been pay reparations to the winnersof the war. They were also prevented from building a military andforced to return land they considered believed to be German. Hitlertold them he could solve all of their problems and later made theJewish population scapegoats for all the problems. He also blamedcommunism in the government. Thus, he was able to use theweaknesses of the government to take over the government.
