How to wake up full of energy?
How hard a winter morning is sometimes! Due to the lack of vitamins, oxygen, sunlight, and constant lack of sleep, we feel overwhelmed. Therefore, it is not surprising that in the morning we are like a zombie.
Fortunately, there are simple and affordable ways to make your morning hours enjoyable and energized. In most cases, morning movements around the apartment are the same for us. Let's try to supplement our actions at the “stops” a little and introduce them into the rank of good habits!
Without getting out of bed
The awakening process should not wake up full of energyevoke unpleasant associations in you, so you should not wake up to the disgusting ringing of the alarm clock, but to your favorite melody. It will be better if it starts to sound 15-20 minutes before getting out of bed. But while you are half asleep and are not yet able to navigate normally in space, stretch well.
Now we need to help the body wake up. To do this, you do not have to abruptly jump up and run at full speed to the bathroom. Gently pull back the earlobes, then place your palms on the auricles and make five rotations - first clockwise and then counterclockwise. There are also many nerve endings on the nails and fingertips, in order to activate them, alternate pressure should be performed on them, and simultaneously on both sides of the fingertip. You will come to your senses surprisingly quickly with this simple massage that doesn’t even have to open your eyes. Now fold back the covers and shake all four limbs vigorously in the air.
Light and movement - mood and cheerfulness
After leaving bed, you must immediately turn on the light. Since you can't wait for the sun outside the window, you will have to provide yourself a bright morning on your own. Saving on lighting in the winter can trigger depression. According to scientists, bright light contributes to the complete awakening of our brains. After a few minutes, you will notice that the drowsy state has disappeared.
Of course, ideally it would be to do a few physical exercises, but on reflection, we understand that in most cases this is unrealistic, and such heroism is not up to everyone. But for two simple movements, you still have to carve out time: after taking a breath, raise your arms, and then with an exhalation bend as low as possible or push up several times from the wall. The secret is that by doing these exercises, we are using the largest muscles. Thanks to their reduction, blood circulation improves, which makes our body invigorate.
Water procedures
Stretch again before taking a shower. Standing under a stream of water, cheer yourself up additionally either with a contrast shower, or by rubbing your body with a hard mitten. If you are not a fan of cold water, you should at least rinse your face and feet.
Hearty breakfast
Let's not torment ourselves with various healthy breakfasts of cereals and muesli, putting them off until spring. The breakfast should be delicious. It's good if you can drink freshly squeezed orange juice. And if the body requires scrambled eggs and bacon or cake - eat to your health, but just know when to stop. At the same time, it is better to use dishes with bright colors: yellow, orange, bright green - these colors, pleasing to the eye, help to improve the mood.
The smell of just brewed coffee with cardamom, freshly brewed tea with lemon helps to wake up well . Those who prefer to cook porridge in the morning should add amber raisins and bright orange dried apricots . It is very good if salmon is among your preferences. A sandwich with this fish will replenish your body with omega-3 fatty acids , which are an excellent natural antidepressant.
At first glance, doing everything that is described here takes a lot of time. Here you can argue. Regularly treating your health with care and love can gradually become a habit. And what could be better than the habit of having excellent health and beautiful appearance?
