Well, I dont know how complex your project must be, but it is always cool to demonstrate how a volcano works. Or even talk about how things float on water when you add soap. I even won a prize at school for that once, even though it was sooooo long ago (like 10 years) that I really dont remember the relevance, but it was an important principle... The volcano experiment is always much more fun and relevant
