Answer :

I would recommend you to only update those apps which you use most frequently. Updating those apps will give the latest features plus also chances of crashing the application suddenly will be less. Sometimes it happens when using older version the app might stop in between and not work properly. So important ones you should keep them updating.  If you don't update any apps now, at a moment it will show you the message to update the app compulsory. So it's not a big issue. Update now or later when you want.  Hope this helps you.
