TWO TYPES OF SERVICES ARE DONE HERE. Regular service (indoor unit alone is serviced, with a standard cost). Complaint service (indoor and outdoor units are serviced, cost depends on the service done) Standard Cost + service cost in rectifying the problem. HOW OFTEN A SPLIT AC NEEDS TO BE SERVICED AS PER REGULAR SERVICE? Split AC is used in 4 ways   by users. 1.When used: 24 hours a day. Needs to be serviced once in every 3 months. 2.When used: 14–18 hours a day. Needs to be serviced once in every 4 months. 3 . When used: all night. Needs to be serviced once in every 6 months. 4.When used: only during summer season. Needs to be serviced once in a year, especially serviced near the beginning of next year's summer. HOW TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? Split AC is fixed 1 or 2 feet down the roof (it may vary). So it is highly difficult for a single mechanic to service the AC. In many companies, they send 1 Mechanic -  Service . 2 Mechanics -  Complaint . So it is always better to book a complaint over service in spite of having no complaints.
