For ads to rent an apartment, it says, for example, a "deposit of 10,000", which is like the starting price, and who will give more so that the rental gets? Then there's another rent of 8,000. So I don't know what to think.

Answer :

The deposit is a guarantee for possible damages - you pay it in advance and the landlord will return it to you after the end of the lease (or after deducting the damage to the apartment and equipment). Rent is simply rent. Service charges (energy, water, heat ...) should still be set.
