Dog excrement on the lawn near the house.

The neighbor is a terrible pig. He has a dog and he doesn't clean up after him at all ... So many tenants have already told him and he just shit on it .. Sorry for those words, but I'm really dialed. I went home and I have shovel on my shoe again ... and I can go wipe the hallway it's all the way to the door. I've had enough. I want to ask, the agreement didn't help. What threatens me if I don't care if they throw them in the mailbox? Maybe it'll hit him at last. Can't he put it on the police or something? So that I don't have big problems with it (I don't know much about laws) you know what I mean ...

Don't make potential problems with potentially illegal practices ... ;-) Turn a neighbor's dog (better with a neighbor as well), get a few witnesses - and report the neighbor's behavior to the Municipal (City) Police and the Municipal (City) Office. A few fines - and the neighbor recovers. ;-) I add - record what you want, it doesn't matter - then download the video to your computer and send it by e-mail (or burn and hand over a CD / DVD). If there is no problem with proving, the better. At worst, however, DNA tests can be done. And yet - I don't know what your local ordinances are with regard to dogs - but feel free to initiate an investigation into whether the neighbor has paid the dog fees, whether the dog is chipped ... ;-)
