I still have some aphthae and lumps in my mouth. If I make a yeast spread, I won't spoil anything, will I?

Beware of aphthae. Last week, I happened to hear a debate from another country talking about aphthae in my mouth. It doesn't always have to be just an aphthae. But it can be a tumor. Now it is said that it has somehow spread. You whistle that you have them often and even talk about lumps. Go to the doctor. I advise you really well. It is not normal to have aphthae or some lumps in your mouth often. Eat yeast spread and you can also make soups, I also love it and I do it very often. But I don't suffer from your health problem. And I've only had an aphthae about three times in my life. I don't even remember it.
