I need to make a paper on typical Slovak food. What should it be? Just the name, I'll look for the recipe. Thanks

Answer :

I would consider brynza dumplings as a typical Slovak dish, I haven't eaten them anywhere else. The recipes usually say that the potatoes are to be grated, but I once forced myself into the kitchen in Čingov and mixed it there, which is much better. : P
