"The color scheme has been changed", but how did I do it?

I accidentally clicked on an empty space in the upper left corner of the monitor (I didn't hit the arrow) and the inscription see above appeared. Now I have the top and bottom bar pale blue and mainly I do not see open pages in thumbnails, but only the headings below. What did I do again and how do I fix it? Thanks

If you have win 7 then right click on the desktop and choose customize. There you choose the "Windows 7" environment
