I make soup from chicken thigh, onion, garlic, allspice and whole pepper. Then I measure it into a baking dish, dice the vegetables into it. I'll turn on the oven. I put the soup with vegetables on the gas, peel and cut the meat from the thigh into it, add a broth cube and pour the measured rice. I'll add salt so it's slightly salted. When it's all cooked up, I'll slide it, covered in a second baking dish, into the heated oven. 10 minutes, stir, turn off the oven and let go for another 10 minutes, still covered. I don't skimp on that vegetable. I also like chopped parsley and celery. (node)
