Can I watch DVD via PC on TV?

Almost an encrypted question, I just need to make sure it works. I had already watched the programs from the computer on the TV monitor, and now I thought it would be a DVD. I admit I've never played one before, but the disc drive can do it because I'm recording games from a DVD. Any advice?

Normally run the DVD ... via PC ... and turn on the TV as if you were watching online .... or just copy the contents of the DVD to your computer ... and run it normally on your PC ..and again on the TV ... it 's basically bullshit ... you still transfer the picture and sound via HDMI ... to the TV ... so it' s the same as if you were watching online as I said ..: D ☢ ☢ ☣ ☠ ☣ ☠ ☣ ☠ ☢
