How to pay compulsory insurance ??

Hello, I normally have a green card from ČPP. The fact is that I paid the first year by mail and the insurance period is from 14/01/2014 to 15/01/2015. Is there a normal slip? If I pay for it, how do I get a new green card? By mail again? I know these are stupid questions, but I need someone to explain it to me :) Thanks in advance for the answers :)

As your insurance has expired, you should contact your insurance company immediately. Well, you should have received a letter by November 15, 2014, where there will be a notification about the increase in premiums and a green card. You had the opportunity to defend against the price, disagree, or do nothing.
