Labor Office and work agreement

Hello, I want to advise. On March 6, I terminated my employment with an employee (I had a year's work). Then the next week I came to an agreement on the performance of work and therefore I did not go to the employment office. However, I have now ended this relationship and I want to ask if I will go to the employment office if I will receive unemployment benefits and if the health insurance was paid for me in March. I was at my insurance company and I was told there that I should pay my health insurance in 4 months no later than 8.5. Thanks for the insights

You are definitely entitled to unemployment benefits. It is the year worked as a whole that is a condition. Go to the employment office as soon as possible. When you apply, the state will pay for your health and social insurance, even if it does not grant you support. If you work on a work contract, neither the employee nor the employer pays health or social insurance from bonuses of CZK 10,000 or less per month. What matters, however, is what the insurance company asks of you. If March does not request payment, it may have been paid or you are not required to pay it.
