I need help managing minecraft server, which hosts gamehosting.cz

Hi, I need help with the server I bought yesterday ... I need to know how to set the online mode to true because in version 1.8 (minecraft) skins are disabled on warez servers and I don't know how to set the online mode to true. it didn't give me any server properties folder or anything ... I have to put plugins in there via FileZill and various programs ... Would anyone help me? I have already asked in support but no one answered ...
