Problem with WIFI speed on tablet

Hello, I have a problem I bought a tablet Modecom FreeTAB 9704 IPS2 X4 and I have a problem with the speed of wifi no matter what I download there so the download speed does not exceed 200kb / s and it is not my samsumg galaxy with 4 downloads up to 2mb / s what i had before that doogee dg550 so the one with net speed such a problem didn't just have this tablet i don't understand it. Does anyone know what could be done about it? I tried to put in android tablet 4.2.2 and 4.4.2 but it's not the same. Thank you for your advice.
