I switched from win 8.1 to 10 and after starting my PC about every 10 seconds the icons on my desktop will flash. the team?

Answer :

For me, disconnecting all additional devices such as an external drive, a mobile phone via usb ... and restarting the computer helped. After connecting, everything was fine.
