Hello, how to dissolve ABS plastic (LEGO cubes) and PET bottles.

Hello, how do I dissolve PET bottles and ABS plastic (LEGO cubes in particular) so that they still retain their color and then "harden" again. It must also be fast (ie in the order of hours max. No acetone, it takes several days) and without any major investment. (Max 300, 400 CZK.) I want to melt the plastic and its subsequent use in the "mold" (Mold), so the molten plastic is simply poured there and after a few minutes (hours max. Days) it hardens again. Also, what would you advise me not to stick the plastic to the silicone, some, nwm, "degreaser". (Something to keep the plastic from bonding with the silicone) Thank you
