Connecting a mobile phone to a TV

Hello, I want to ask if it is possible to connect a Huawei Y6 PRO mobile phone to a Samsung LE32B460 TV. This is an Older Television from 2008 and does not include bluetooth or wi-fi or internet connection. I know that there are various mini computers with an android system, but I'm looking for the cheapest variant. I want to connect it to my phone so I can watch videos, browse the internet and so on.
