Booted into the OS on the old HDD after installing the new SSD and the new OS

Hi, please work. I had Win 10 installed on my HDD after upgrading from Win 8.1 Everything was running very slowly, so I decided to buy an SSD and install Win 10 on it, which I did. I didn't touch the old HDD, I just installed the SDD and the new Win 10 on it. Now I'm trying to boot on the old system, but no matter which disk I choose to boot, the system installed on the SSD always boots. Please advise, I don't understand much. I have UEFI. What more info is needed?
