Mobile keyboard

Hello, I have a problem that I need to solve. I've had an LG cell phone for about 3 years ... and I was chatting with a friend last night and suddenly I said, '' Unfortunately, the LG keyboard has stopped. '' When I want to write a message, it still shows up there and I can't do anything. write: ´ ((please advise me, I really need it. I can not write with anyone at all and it's bad :( Thank you in advance :)
