Hello, I would like to advise please. I have a touch phone from iGet and I can't use the keyboard. It tells me that "Android keyboard application has stopped working". What should I do with it? = (Thank you, Míša S.

Hello, what should I do if I can't use the keyboard on my Samsung galaxy J5, it won't tell me anything , but when I need to write a message, the keyboard won't start at all. Can anyone advise me, please? I will be happy for any answer, I wish you a nice rest of the day :)
