Locked mobile, locked keyboard, password!

Hello, I wanted to unlock my mobile phone with a long-entered password, and my keyboard doesn't pop up and I don't even see the Forgotten Password. I turned off my cell phone, pulled out my sim, flashlight, and put it back: NOTHING! I'm a total amateur on mobile phones and on the touchscreen ones. Please help other than service. And I ask Czech to understand that at all.

It is best to entrust this problem to a professional mobile service. I do not recommend a layman to dig into the phone software, / apparently, according to the "long-entered password", it is an Android lower, old version / or other microprocessor device (mobile, tablet, computer).
