What about a mobile phone if the touch doesn't work?

Hello, I have a Samsung galaxy s5 mini mobile phone and out of nowhere my touch stopped working. The menu button and the power button work normally, the mobile works, but not the display. It's been about 3 hours. I tried to remove the flashlight, but it doesn't help.
