Hard Reset - login to google account

Hello, I performed a Hard reset on the phone Coolpad Modema 2, the phone keeps asking me to log in to my Google account, even though after checking in the PC it is verified that the phone is logged in. Google keeps telling me on the phone that my device has been reset and that we need to sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced to this device. After entering the account and then the password, it will return me to the state when the device was reset. All the time. It is not possible to reject or skip the login. So I don't know how else to get on the phone. Thank you
