He was one of my friends and he got really good for him. He had been wearing glasses for a couple of years before. The surgery didn't hurt her, it was just a little uncomfortable how strong light hit her eyes with her eyelids pulled up. After surgery, pain is another matter. When she went out, the anesthetic was in pretty serious pain, which was somewhat alleviated for her.
