When you’re stricken with a cold, your voice gradually fades until it becomes unrecognizable. Once you start sweating, excess mucus is forced out of the body, as the sweat exits your pores. Your meals, however, shouldn’t be too spicy, otherwise you’ll end up irritating your sinuses, which may increase the production of mucus.
