But, with ARVI, laryngitis is rarely isolated. Most often, it is combined with pharyngitis (inflammation of the pharynx), rhinitis (runny nose), and even tracheitis. Therefore, the treatment of all this complex of symptoms will help, in the end, restore the voice.

How to restore your voice
In order to restore the voice faster, it is necessary
introduce a silence mode;
inhalation (remember, rinsing and drinking is not the best option) using a nebulizer with herbal decoctions;
inhalation of pulmicort or berodual.
The mode of silence is understandable: patients affected by a ligament infection must be protected and given rest. In this case, it is best not just not to speak loudly, but to be absolutely silent. Whispering is speech when the ligaments are not completely closed. In this case, the vocal apparatus is strained even more than during normal speech. The ligaments do not close, but they tense. Therefore, it is necessary to completely exclude even speech in a whisper.
It is better to replace hot inhalations on the vocal cords with warm ones. In this case, one must carefully consider the composition of the steam itself. Do not inhale soda, because soda irritates the vocal cords. Berodual and Pulmicort are usually used to relieve bronchospasm, but they will also remove inflammatory edema from the vocal cords.
Urgent measures to restore your voice
What to do if the voice has disappeared, and the need for it is urgent. Unable to cancel a singer's lecture or performance due to laryngitis. An urgent way to instantly restore the elasticity of the ligaments is to irrigate them with 1 cube of Adrenaline. Chronic laryngitis
If the vocal apparatus is constantly stressed, singing nodules may form on the ligaments. Clinically, it will look like a chronic or very frequent loss of voice.
Singing nodules are a chronic condition, so the silence mode will not help in this case. More precisely, if you are treated only with silence, it will take a very long time. Therefore, inhalations are also recommended: antibiotic + anti-inflammatory (Pulmicor, Berodual). Do inhalations twice a day, take care of the voice and after a few days the voice will be restored, although at first not in full.
Folk remedies
For diseases of the vocal cords, there are also some folk recipes.
Scroll the aloe leaves in a meat grinder, add honey and dissolve the mixture in your mouth three times a day. After that, do not eat or drink.
Mix novocaine, Dimexide and aloe tincture and saturate the fabric with this mixture, make a compress on the neck for the whole night.
Folk remedies are best used in simple, unlawful cases and for people for whom the voice is not a working tool. It is better for teachers, rectors and singers not to take risks and seek professional advice.
