According to Muslim law, to give something in exchange is called Ewaz or Hebabil-Ewaz. According to section 117 of the Transfer of Property Act, 182, in the case where two persons transfer ownership of something under their ownership to each other, if one of the goods is not money, the exchange is called exchange. It is basically a type of sale as it contains the elements of a sales contract. If a giver of the property described in the Awaz deed gives his own property to another, he will be entitled to get back the property given to him if he does not get his due property. Heba Bill Awaz is not a priority.
